Terms of Service
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Parth websites, admin portals, and mobile applications (the “Service”) operated by Parth Therapy Systems (“Parth”, “we”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
Parth is a care-coordination and centre-operations platform for therapy centres, therapists, and linked parent or guardian accounts. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision support, or emergency services.
Access is typically provided through accounts created by an authorised therapy centre. You must use credentials issued for your role and keep them confidential.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share login credentials, attempt to access data outside your authorised role, or misuse the Service.
You must not upload unlawful content, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer protected components, or use Parth in any way that violates applicable law.
Centre responsibilities
Therapy centres that administer Parth are responsible for inviting users, managing roles, and ensuring that information entered into the Service is accurate and appropriately authorised.
Centres must obtain any consents required to process child and family information through the Service.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy available at /privacy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that policy.
Intellectual property
Parth branding, software, and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as permitted by your centre and these Terms.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability and security. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis for operational coordination. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parth disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
Parth is not liable for clinical outcomes, decisions made by professionals, or damages arising from misuse of the Service or from information entered by centre users.
